Minimum system requirement : Windows XP
Here are the simple instructions to teach you how to type in chinese.
How to install the chinese language
1)Go to "start" in the bottom left interface
2)Click on the "control panel"
3) Search for "regional and language options"and double click it.
4) Insert your windown Xp disk into CD-Rom if prompt up "windows xp" system please click"Cancel"
5) Go to the "languages"
6)Tick the "install files for East Asian Languages"then
click"Apply"
7)Click the "details" button
8)select"add"
9) 1.Choose the input language as "Chinese(PRC)"
2.Choose the Keyboard
layout/IME, then choose Chinese (simplified)- "Microsoft
pinyin IME 3.0&"
3.press "ok" and then press "apply"
How to type in Chinese
1) Press "start" button at the bottom left
of the interface
2) Go to "All Programs"
3) Then go to "Accessories"
4) Look For "Notepad", and press it
To select your language as Chinese
5) Press "EN" at the bottom right of the
interface
6) There are several options to be select, please
select CH Chinese(PRC) to enter Chinese word
Example 1: If you want to enter a word such"
你"please "enter" ni
" , and then follow
by clicking enter
7) If the Chinese word that you want does not appear
in your Notepad ,please press theçarrow, and you will see a bar for you to choose the word
Example 2: If you want to enter a word such as"
泥 type"ni", pressç 4 to select your word, and then
press enter
If you want to save your Chinese document, please
follow the steps below:
1) Press "File" at the top left of the
interface.
2) Select the "Save As" button
3) A window will be prompt out for you to select
the location of the document
to save. After choosing the location, select the
third list box at the bottom
of the window, and look for
"Unicode",
after that please "enter"to save
your document.
To change
back your language as English
6) Choose the input language as "English(United States)"and press ok and then press apply
