P-1. DELIVERY

FREE DELIVERY WORLDWIDE,
through International Air Mail Service (Post Office) with standard delivery and approximate total processing time as below:

- ASIA: approx. takes 1 until 2 weeks
- AUSTRALIA, AMERICA & CANADA, EU & AFRICA: approx. takes 2 until 3 weeks

NOTE: Can’t delivery to ARMENIA, ASCENSION, ISRAEL

If you would like a fast delivery through International Courier Service (such as FEDEX, TNT, etc.) or Door to Door Services, Door to Port Services or others Forwarding Services, kindly email us at: info@1winebags.com before place the order, we will do our best to save your money with help you to check and advise you the charging courier fee.

P-2. BUSINESS HOUR & PROCESSING TIME

Our business working days are from Monday to Friday (from 9 am until 5 pm Indonesian Time).

Processing Time: all order takes 2 until 3 days before shipment (after Confirmation Payment from 2Checkout.com or after receives any wire payment). Once we have shipped the goods, we will inform customers through e-mail on the same day.

All order place on Saturday or Sunday, will be processing on the following Monday.

In case your order not ready stock item, we will e-mail you ASAP and to prepare the goods as your order takes approximate 1 (one) weeks or we will suggest to change with other designs.

P-3. PLACE ORDER & PAYMENT

All orders can be processed directly through this website; 1Winebags.com accepts MasterCard and Visa with payment system through 2Checkout.com.

P-4. PACKAGING

All orders will be packing with plastic seal (to protect from the wet or humid) and after that wrap with paper packing.

P-5. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We sincerely hope that you are delighted with your purchase.

Inspecting and Quality Control each product before shipment and will be pack properly in accordance to the standard packing guideline.

Furthermore, return of goods and refund are not accepted due to the additional cost incurred to both the customer and us, as well as the tedious process and time involved. For instance, the return of goods will involve the postage fee, packing fee, insurance fee (if any), which are the direct cost that customer would have to pay. And we couldn't refund in full as to charge back on the delivery and packaging cost. In the end, the cost and time incurred in such return of goods and refund processes may cost everyone more. Similarly, cancellation of order is not accepted.
