Simply click and buy from our web site or email us before make a purchase. We will confirm your order by email. If you do not receive confirmation, please check your junk mail bin again and sending us email stating this is a chasing confirmation. All orders placed will be shipped in the following business day after order confirmed. If you have any question about the products or other query, please feel free to email us. We ship multiple items in one pack if the orders are in one destination in order to save your shipping cost, except specify. 	Exchange and return policy If our products do not fit you in any way, you can exchange with another products on our website. There is no charge on exchange products. Please send back with the original tags and original packaging for a refund within 10 days of receipt of products. Charges for shipping back is on your cost, unless products returned due to a mistake made by aplusbikini.com. No restocking fee on exchanges for size and style. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanged product. If you want to return the product to us which you do not like, a 20% restocking fee will be levied on you. For example: price $20.00 x 20% = $4.00. We will refund $16.00. If it is a special order that we don’t stock and you return it, we only refund 50% of the price. Restocking charge is not applicable in this situation. No shipping cost will be refunded. However there is no refund on sale products. But you can exchange for another products on our website. It takes up to 30 days on receipt of the returned products for a refund. We reserve the right to examine the returned products if it has been worn. If we determine it has been worn, we will respectfully deny the return. We do not take the responsibility of paying the shipping cost to return the product. Please do not remove the tags until you confirm you are keeping the product. Once the tag is removed, no exchange or refund will be arranged. Make sure your name and contacts included in a returned address envelope to prevent delay in exchange or refund, together with your instructions – refund, exchange or whatever.
