Q(1) ~ What information do I need to place an order?
Most importantly, furnish us your complete information and of the intended recipient i.e. name, address, contact number and postal/zip code. If the item/s purchased is to be delivered to a place of business, please indicate the company's name and complete address.
Please make your selection of wine, gift set and the quantity required. Lastly, please state the mean of payment you will use.

Q(2) ~ How will I know if you have actually delivered my order?
You will receive an order confirmation with all the details you provided. You may also track your own package. Our value added services is to send you an e-mail indicating the date your order being confirmed and delivered.

Q(3) ~ Do you deliver the wine and gift sets internationally?
Currently, we only deliver to areas within Malaysia. However we are planning to expand soon to serve you better.

Q(4) ~ How long does it takes for my order to be delivered?
As soon as after successful payment, your order will be processed for delivery as follows:
Klang Valley: 2 to 3 working days
Other States: 3 to 5 working days

At WineMalaysia.com we strive to ensure our respective buyers are given the value for money quality product hence in order for us to continously support this, it is a requirement to purchase a minimum of 3 bottles.
