The Burden is Wearing Me Out
God my Father, I come before your throne of grace and mercy because I need your touch. You know everything. You know why I am ill. You know the pain and suffering I am going through. You know how hard a time I’m having trying to juggle between different things that I must do. You know how all these things are dragging me down.

Sometimes I wonder if I should continue my struggle because the burden is gradually wearing me out. I feel tired. I feel my hope waning as days go by. I feel lost.

Lord Jesus, hear my cry for strength. Restore me physically, emotionally and spiritually. I try hard to recall your words from the scriptures. I wish I remember as well as I used to.

Thank you that at least I know deep down my heart that you love me. You are full of mercy and grace. Thank you for your great love through Jesus Christ in whose name I pray. Amen.

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28


忧愁时的祷告

重担使我筋疲力尽

我的父神，我来到您施恩和怜悯的宝座前是为了要您抚摩。您无所不知。您知我为何生病。您知我所承受的痛苦。您知我要费好大的劲去安排各种必须做的琐事。您知这些事情正在把我拉垮。

当重担使我筋疲力尽时，我怀疑我是否应继续挣扎下去。我觉得很疲乏。我觉得我的希望正逐渐消失。我迷失了！

主耶稣，垂听我要得力量的哭求。请使我身体、情感和灵性都能重新得力。我很努力的想记起您在圣经中的话语。我希望我的记性能像以前那么好。

感谢您，至少我心深知您爱我。您满有怜悯和恩典。谢谢您的大爱。奉主耶稣基督的名祷告。阿门。

God is gracious.
Despondent, Hopeless, Low in Spirit
Merciful God, as I feel sorry for myself, I can only try to turn to you. You are my saviour and my creator. Please forgive me for feeling like this, despondent, hopeless and low in spirit. My friends keep telling me to be strong. But how? I’m sure you understand me. Thank you for your understanding.

I pray that you accept me as I am. Although I’m not worthy and cannot do much to serve you, I know you will continue to encourage and comfort me. I also know that you will heal me in your own way.

Lord, help me to accept your will for me. Restore my soul and lift my spirit dear God. Thank you for hearing my prayer in Jesus’ name. Amen

Loving Father, please have pity on me your child. At this turbulent period of my life, I cannot do anything except to bring my troubles and unhappiness to you. I don’t seem to have much energy even to pray. Please forgive me.

Have mercy on me. Strengthen me. Lift my spirit so that I will not forget to pray and to praise your holy name. Thank you Lord Jesus for bearing with me. In your most precious name I ask, Amen.
