Paypal is now the only payment method currently available for transactions but other payment mechanism may be added in the future.

Q(4) Refund & Returns Policy
We hope your jewelry or watch purchase has been an exciting one. Excluding special orders like personalized jewelry, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from date of package shipment. You will be refunded the full price you paid for the item(s) less shipping and a restocking charge (15% of the order amount). However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been worn, resized, engraved, altered by another 3rd party jewelry or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for refunds.

All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with products which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products which are not returned with the free gift.

Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials, as specified below :
* You will need to put the jewelry or watch inside the original box.
* Place it in a shipping box and cover the box with mailing tape.
* For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case your jewelry or watch is lost in transit. You are responsible for all insurance and shipping cost back to us.
* We will notify you once we've received and processed your return item.
* Any unauthorized, improperly packaged or non-insured returns will be returned to sender.

Once we receive your return, your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase. The first credit will be made within 10 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Please allow one month billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only.




Q(5) How long will it take to process my personalized jewelry ?
Processing time of personalized jewelry is between 2-4 weeks. Once the item is ready for shipment, we will inform you by e-mail.

Q(7) How do I order online ?
Just follow the 5 easy steps below and you are well on your way to becoming the proud owner of a beautiful piece of jewelry or watch.

b) Click on the "Buy" button, the item you selected will be placed in your shopping cart for your review. You will be able to see the sub-total of your purchase and if necessary, make changes to the quantity you ordered or completely remove unwanted item. You may choose to checkout and pay or select to "continue shopping".
c) An order form will appear. Fill in all the details provided in the order form. Double check the details keyed in and click the "Submit" button once. To avoid multiple purchases, remember DO NOT click more than once.
d) A digital receipt will be issued once the credit card transaction is approved. For your own reference, print out a copy of the digital receipt together with the transaction number. You can use this number as a point of reference in your enquiries to us.
e) We will then process your order and e-mail you our confirmation.

Although we make every effort to update our website, there may be times that an item is temporarily unavailable due to high demand. In this case, you will be notified by e-mail about the situation. Certain items are one-of-a-kind and are not available for multiple orders. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

1JewelryWatch.com ships its jewelry and watch in deluxe gift packaging in the size most appropriate for your order at no extra cost ! It is then placed in a box to guarantee the safety of your purchase in transport.
