Q(2) Do you have return policy?
All sales are final transaction. You may exchange your purchase in its original unused condition within fifteen (15) days for a merchandise exchange. We do not reimburse any courier/shipping charges. There will be a US$1.00 per item processing fee for each item exchange. The product can be exchanged only, no refunds. You should measure your dog carefully for proper size. Please refer to our "Dog size diagram" for ref. That is why there are size charts for each type of item. Please do not exchange worn or washed clothing. Items in new unused condition will be accepted only. |

Q(3) Do you accept bulk order or wholesaler? We are welcome any customers asking for small and large quantity, especially wholesaler. |

Q(4) How can I get member price? You can get our member price after you registered as member. |

Q(5) How do you ship the ordered items? For small quantity, the product will be sent by registered post airmail/EMS/UPS/DHL upon request. For large quantity, the product will be sent to your destination via shipping company/forwarder. The freight will be on buyer’s A/C. |
