.Age The most common cause for sagging breasts is age. Nothing can stop the signs of aging. As women grows older, the tissues that hold the breast upright lose their strength, which makes the breasts to droop downwards. The skin and the muscle looses their elasticity and the breasts tissue is no exception.
.Genetics Each person comes with certain genes from his/ her parents which influence a major part of the way the body and mind behaves during their life time. This includes the way the hair, skin, face and body looks as their vulnerability to diseases. In this manner certain diseases that were suffered by the parents such as hypertension, heart attack, Alzheimer’s, etc.
.Pregnancies women who have multiple pregnancies have a higher risk of developing sagging breasts than those who bear one or maximum two children. With each pregnancy the breasts become engorges with milk and after the weaning of the baby the breasts size come down. The increase and decrease in size results in loosening of the firmness of the breast tissue making it sag faster.
.Large breasts small breasts have less danger of getting sagged when comparing to large breasts. The large breasts usually are influenced by the gravity due to its own weight for which it would droop sooner than small breasts.
.Weight loss Another common cause for sagging is when a woman loses weight. When you lose weight, some of that fat disappears from your breasts. Typically the skin and the ligaments inside the breasts do not retract accordingly, resulting in an 'empty' looking breast that then sags. (You could try prevent this by eating foods that provide extra good nutrition for your skin.)
