GOVERNMENT We meet the needs of the Public Sector through successful bids for Privatized Projects
	POLICE COMPLEX The Head Quarters for the Federal Reserve Unit of the Royal Malaysian Police Force was successfully planned and designed by ADSSB. Based on the the designs provided by ADSSB, the project was awarded to Rimbunan Melati Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between two public listed companies Faber Development Berhad and Metro Kajang Berhad. The complex consists of 17 diferent tyes of buildings and has about 480 residential units in addition to support facilities. The operational part of the complex consists of Offices, ammunation stoes, Horse Unit sub-complex and Vehicle and Machinery maintenence sub-complex.
	LOW COST HOUSING ADSSB has successfully completed more than 1,500units of low cost housing of various types sinces 1986. These nclude 1. Five Storey walk-uapartments in Gaden City Melaka 2. Low Cost single storey houses in Taman Mutiara Galla Sremban 3. Twenty Storey low cost apartments for MPPJ in Damansara
	HOSPITALS In addition to advisory services in Hospital Planning for Private Hospitals, ADSB has also been involved in the recent planning and design for the upgrading for the Patalogy Laboratories for the Klang and Ipoh General Hospital
