	SHOPPING MALLS SHOPS MARKETS The team's firts major major project was the redevelpmentof the town center of Kajang Town in 1988. This consisted of the new Wet Market a new Town all and several ShopOffices. At the focal point of the development is the is the first town center Shopping Mall - Metro Plaza - a 70,000 square feet four storey shopping mall.
	HOTELS Following the successful development of Metr Plaza shopping mall, Metro Inn, the first thre star town center hotel was successfully completed in 1989. This 200 room 7 storey hotel has a central interior atrium overlooking the entrance and coffee house on the ground floor.
	RESORTS ADSSB has completed the planing and design of several resorts on the east coast of peninsular Malaysia for the timeshare group ASENIA Resorts. In addition the group also successfully completed the Kimanis Beach resort planning and design in Sabah in collobration with Paul Lau Architects of Kota Kinabalu.
	EDUCATIONAL & INSTITUTIONAL The team has been involved in the the planning and design of several private colleges since the early 1990s. ADSSB succssfully completed the hostel complex for TAR College, Kuala Lumpur in 1995.
	OFFICES ADSSB was the lead consultant in the planning design and completion of the Head Quarters for the Metro Kajang Group of companies. TheMetro Kajang Group is on of the major development firms in Malaysia and is listed in the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. This is a 7 storey Office commercial building at the heart of Kajang Town Center
