Kegel Exercises for Vagina Tightening

Doing The Kegel/Pelvic Floor Exercise
If you want a really good sex life, you should do Kegel Exercises regularly, whether you have given birth or not and regardless of your age. There are several benefits for a woman to exercise her vagina:

This will:-
1. Make it easier for you to reach a stronger orgasm
2. Make your vagina more sensitive (you'll feel more). When squeezing you'll feel your partner much better inside. For your husband it will be a tremendous difference. You will get tighter. It will simply heighten both partners sexual satisfaction.
3. Prevent prolapse and incontinence.
4. Make childbirth easier and your muscles will recover more quickly after the birth.
5. Men prefer women with a strong vagina. In some cultures, women exercise their vaginal strength to help them keep their husbands from straying.
6. You can be proud of your vaginal strength just like you can be proud of your fit and sexy body.

The Kegel Exercise which was invented by gynaecologist Dr. Arnold Kegel involve a series of simple contraction and relaxation techniques. For the exercises to be effective you must get the technique right and do it regularly.Talk to your gynaecologist if you are not sure whether you are doing it right.

1. Find your pelvic floor muscles. These are the muscles that you would contract when you want to stop urinating.

Remember, you are not supposed to contract your buttocks, abdomen or thigh muscles.

Another way to find your pelvic floor muscles is to insert a finger into your vagina and contract the muscles, using the sensations on your finger to guide you, When you have found the correct muscles, contract it repeatedly until you become familiar with the sensation.

2. Now, to begin the exercises. Contract the pelvic floor muscles for 10 seconds. This is easier said than done! Remember not to contract any other muscles. If you cannot hold it for 10 seconds, just try to contract for as long as you can.

3. Relax the muscles for 10 seconds. Good relaxation is as important as good conraction.

4. Repeat the exercise 8 to 12 times, 3 times a day (morning, afternoon and evening.) You should do this 3 to 4 days a week for at least 15 to 20 weeks.

5. You can do these exercises anywhere, such as while lying or sitting down.

Don't think that you can do the exercises 30 times in one day and stop the next day! If you do too many repetitions or too frequently, you may cause muscle fatigue and for women who have urinary incontinence, it will worsen the incontinence.

However, if you are doing it right, you will probably see improvement in your vaginal tone after 4 to 6 weeks. It could take up to 3 months for some people-don't be impatient as this is not meant to be a quick cure.

Do the exercises regularly and faithfully. Coupled with the Vaginal Tightening Gel and Vagina Tightening Pill you will see tremendous improvement in your vaginal tone and a most satisfying sex life.

Biofeedback is sometimes used to train patients to perform the Kegel correctly. Biofeedback uses signals from the body during therapy, and in this case, measures the patient's muscle contraction strength.

Another technique is to insert weighted cones (e.g Femtone)into the vagina, whereby the patient has to contract the pelvic floor muscles to prevent the cones from dropping out.

FemTone vaginal weights are a set of five reusable, tampon-like, sterile cones of identical size and shape, but of increasing weight.

FemTone weights when used during Kegel exercises have been found to strengthen the pelvic floor and may improve urinary incontinence as well as tightens the vagina for improve sexual satisfaction.

Electrical stimulation can also be used to stimulate the pelvic muscles.

The Kegel exercises are simple and cheap (practically free) method of improving your vaginal strength and prevent incontinence.
