Q(1) Payment We accept payment by Paypal only. We are unable to accept other payment method at the moment. From now till the end of 2008, you will enjoy 3% off the whole invoice for 2 items purchased and enjoy 5% off the whole invoice for 3 or more items purchased in the same order, paid in a single payment and to be sent to the same address in a single parcel. So please enjoy the saving to purchase more items in one time.

Q(2) Free Shipment Price listed on the website already included the packing & shipping cost Worldwide. Items in stock shall be dispatched within 2 working days after all payments were completed. Please provide your Full name, Detail address and Telephone Number for safe shipping, the telephone is very important. Items shall be sent by using Hong Kong Postage registered small package air mail from Hong Kong. Tracking number will be available for checking. Please ensure someone is going to sign for the receipt of the package at the address you provided. Shipping to UK normally takes about 6 to 16 days from the day of dispatch. Shipping to Canada normally takes about 14 to 30 days from the day of dispatch. Shipping time may take 5 to 10 days more than normal during peak seasons. For faster and smoother pass in buyer's countries custom check, we'll mark the items as gift on declaration form on the parcel. And detailed description and quantity of the items in the parcels shall be stated clearly on the declaration forms. Normally, import tax/duties may not be imposed for low price and small quantity itmes in parcel by the buyer's country Customs. However, buyer should be responsible for the import tax/duties when it is required though it happens very rarely.

Q(3) Insurance Insurance is optional on all shipments. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit if the optional insurance is declined.

Q(4) Money Back Guarantee & Return Policy At Gems99, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, report to us and send back the item within 5 days of item receipt in its original packaging and unworn condition. You will receive a refund of the original price paid for the item, less US$5 shipping & handling costs. If, however, you are returning the item because you believe it is different than the item description on this site, there will be a 100% refund, so long as the difference causing the return is verified in writing by a certified gemologist. After 5 days all sales are final. Buyers are responsible to the return postage fee. Refund will be issued when the returned items are received. All of our items shall be inspected and packed carefully before being dispatched. If buyer find any quality problem of the item received, please feel free to contact us within 5 days from the day of item received.  We shall resend the item to you if the defective item is returned to us (buyer should be responsible for the return postage fee). But as some of the items we sold are made unique, we may not be able to resend all items. In that case, you will be able to get your money back (less US$5 shipping & handling fee). However,  as natural stones, the surface may not be perfect, color and shacalibration may vary for stand by strand but similar.
