Q(3) What is your shipping policy and how long will it take to process my order ?
We take great care packaging every item as to ensure safe shipment to you and we use speed post.
Items are in perfect condition when posted. Following receipt of cleared payments items are shipped out within 48 hours. More time may require for custom-made items.

Receive items 1-3 working days after confirmation
Region 2 : Asia
Receive items 3-7 working days after confirmation
Region 3 : Outside Asia
Receive items 6-12 working days after confirmation

Q(4) Product Availability
Although we make every effort to update our website, there may be times that an item is temporarily unavailable due to high demand. In this case, you will be notified by e-mail about the situation. Certain items are one-of-a-kind and are not available for multiple orders. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Q(5) What is your return policy?
For Faulty Items In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 2 calendar days and return it to us within 7 calendar days.
We will either replace the product on a like for like basis or we will refund your payment in full whichever you prefer.
Return for other reason
If you are returning goods that are not faulty or damaged, they must be as new and unused (i.e. in the condition you received them). With the Full, Complete and undamaged packaging that they were sent with. YOU are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item to us. Once the goods have been returned they will be inspected. Only if the packaging is undamaged and the item is complete will a refund be granted on the purchase price (excluding postage and packaging).
We reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back to you, if the item is not of saleable quality.
All Sales are final, returns only accepted for faulty goods within 7 days.
