We use Hong Kong post office with registered pocket shipping all parcel.



Q(6) Do I have to pay import charges?

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Q(7) What should I do if I need to return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt.
